The Problems You’ll Solve

As a Product Owner, you’ll be joining our small and powerful team. You will be a valuable asset to the Product team by utilizing your excellent and innate product instincts and prioritization skills. You will work collaboratively across the organization with departments such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure customer initiatives and roadmap deliverables are met.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in all phases of the product life cycle from requirements definition through delivery to production.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process and communicate with the applicable stakeholders to build a shared understanding of project statuses and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and understand the business justification and supporting use-cases.
  • Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog for the development team(s).
  • Act as a liaison with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
  • Interface directly with customers to demo new functionality, assist with feature implementation and configuration, solicit feedback, and understand their challenges.
  • Conduct supporting research and competitive analysis; where applicable.

Who You Are

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of product management or product-oriented engineering role.
  • Identify new product opportunities, create and own product roadmap from concept to launch.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing third-party API integrations (GraphQL & REST).
  • Familiarity with data extraction and transformation concepts.
  • Strong backlog and delivery discipline, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Accomplished working effectively with cross functional teams, leading discussions and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience maintaining documentation for both internal developers and any potential external consumers.
  • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to haves:

  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic data modelling.
  • Proficiency with AI-first tooling (ChatGPT, v0.dev or equivalents).
  • An excitement to help shape the future of intelligent ecommerce and be part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Passion to problem solve and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Experience working within a remote environment.

Our compensation reflects cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000 USD annually. Pay varies by work location and experience. Your recruiter and hiring manager can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
