Overview

Insight Global is hiring a Product Operations Lead to support retail technology for a large North American athleisure brand. The role partners closely with Retail Technology Product Managers and store teams to ensure digital tools are reliable, well-supported, widely adopted, and delivering measurable business value.


Key Focus Areas


  • Operational ownership: Day-to-day support for retail technology platforms (e.g., Local Outreach, Eventbrite), including access management, reporting, audits, and launch readiness.

  • Support & issue management: Primary contact for ServiceNow tickets, issue triage, escalations, and process improvements to reduce friction.

  • Adoption & value tracking: Monitor usage and adoption via Power BI and Excel, identify gaps, and quantify impact through labor savings, cost reductions, and engagement lift.

  • Insights & recommendations: Translate data, ticket trends, and frontline feedback into actionable recommendations that inform product priorities and roadmaps.

  • Enablement & coaching: Drive sustained adoption through training, office hours, best-practice sharing, and improved onboarding materials.

Skills and Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, retail, business analysis, program coordination, or a related role; retail or store-facing experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong interest in product management and how digital tools drive business and operational outcomes (prior PM experience not required).

  • Comfortable working with data—able to analyze usage metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional work with Retail Operations, Community, Events, and/or Technology teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority and tailor messages to different audiences.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, tickets, and workstreams simultaneously.

  • Proactive, curious, and continuously focused on improving how work gets done.


Technical & Data Skills


  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (working with structured datasets, filters, pivots, and basic analysis).

  • Comfortable navigating existing Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports.

  • Ability to pull together available data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and support decision-making.
