IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER in Toronto, ON.

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can shape powerful go‑to‑market strategies, influence product direction, and tell compelling stories that bring our platform’s value to life. This role is highly collaborative and strategic, working across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, differentiation, and revenue growth.

Hybrid role – 4 days in office – Fridays are remote until 1pm (half day)

What You’ll Do

Develop deep product expertise and a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

Lead go‑to‑market planning for key product releases, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to specific personas and use cases.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft content, campaigns, and tools that accelerate pipeline and adoption.

Create sales enablement materials including product decks, one‑pagers, competitor briefs, videos, and website content.

Present product positioning and narratives internally and externally to drive awareness and alignment.

Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify differentiators and emerging opportunities.

Ensure consistent storytelling across web, campaigns, customer communications, and events.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Native or near‑native English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience marketing to technical and enterprise‑level audiences.
  • Demonstrated success launching products and leading go‑to‑market programs end to end.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into strong messaging, positioning, and business recommendations.
  • A passion for technology storytelling—making complex products feel accessible, relevant, and exciting.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must be Canadian Citizen or have Permanent Residency.
