You will be the voice of the market internally and the voice of our solutions externally, working closely with product management, sales, and partner teams to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and grow market presence.

What The Role Offers
Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for OpenText’s financial services and payments platform, spanning B2B payments, financial data exchange, corporate-to-bank connectivity, and managed transaction services
  • Define target segments, buyer personas and competitive positioning across the portfolio, including corporate treasury, financial institutions, and fintech partners
  • Lead product launches and market activations in close collaboration with product management and demand generation teams
  • Support go-to-market strategies that enable financial institutions and partners to deliver modern payment and data services to their customers
Messaging & Positioning

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with enterprise buyers
  • Translate capabilities such as connectivity, orchestration, data transformation, and payment processing into clear business value
  • Build narratives that connect enterprise needs with how financial institutions design and deliver payment and transaction services
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels including web, sales collateral, events and analyst communications
Sales Enablement

  • Train and support sales teams and channel partners on positioning, competitive differentiation and objection handling
  • Partner with sales on strategic deals, providing subject matter expertise and customer-facing support where needed
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor and analyze market trends across treasury management, corporate-to-bank connectivity and B2B payment modernization, including regulatory developments such as real‑time payment mandates and ISO 20022 adoption
  • Expand coverage to include financial data integration, bank‑led payment innovation, and digital transaction platforms
  • Maintain up-to‑date competitive intelligence and equip the sales team to win against key competitors
  • Gather and synthesize customer and prospect insights to continuously sharpen positioning and strategy
Thought Leadership & Demand Generation
  • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to develop thought leadership assets including white papers, blogs, webinars and event presentations
  • Represent OpenText at industry events, customer forums and analyst briefings
  • Support analyst relations activities with firms such as Gartner, Forrester and IDC
What You Need To Succeed
  • 5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, fintech or B2B technology
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following domains: payments, treasury management, financial services platforms, or banking products
  • Strong understanding of the corporate-to-bank ecosystem, including both enterprise treasury needs and financial institution product strategies
  • Proven ability to develop sharp messaging and positioning for complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
