As a UCaaS Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our UCaaS products, driving product strategy, roadmap development, and market positioning.

Your Role

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our UCaaS solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to successfully launch new products and features.
• Create and maintain detailed product requirements and specifications based on input from stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide training and support to sales teams.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and revenue goals.

Your Background

• Minimum of five years of related product management experience, preferably in UCaaS or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, particularly VoIP and unified communications.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
