About The Role

TMH seeks a self‑motivated, energetic Product Manager to help accelerate the transition to zero‑emission transportation by joining our North American division from Quebec. Fueled by the momentum of the EV industry, TMH aims to design, develop, and enhance its fleet smart charging product to address the global needs of our bus and truck customers across North America and Europe.

This Product Manager will be part of our Global Product team and North America team to ensure customer and market needs are met in alignment with the company's top priorities and product strategy. Most importantly this role will act as Product Owner for a full‑stack development team, working end‑to‑end on a Fleet EV charging software solution, with a particular focus on public transit customers. This includes close coordination with the Tech Lead, Product Designer, and entire development team, to deliver additional customer value through high quality features.

Successful candidates will have prior experience as a product manager, and will be self‑motivated, collaborative, organized, and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with our software developers and close partnership with Product Designer and Tech Lead, deliver high quality features and product improvements for our backend software, web dashboard, and local controller.
  • Understand customer needs & concerns through stakeholder interviews, including colleagues and customers.
  • Interface with local & global Product and Software teams to ensure wider company alignment.
  • Own the North American product roadmap, including feature prioritization, maintenance of Jira board, user stories and feature requirements.
  • Lead and participate in Bus & Truck scrum meetings such as stand‑ups, planning, grooming, refinements, and retrospectives.
  • Support Product Marketing as an SME in expressing product value and benefits provided by TMH’s solution and its ongoing feature updates.
  • Gather market intelligence and track the competitive landscape, providing analysis and insights to the global product strategy.

  • Long track record of successful stakeholder management.
  • Previous role as Product Manager with proven experience in software product discovery, and working with software development teams.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience working in a start‑up environment.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
  • Prior experience in e‑mobility, energy, or related industries.
  • Ability to work well independently, or as part of a team.
  • Strong critical thinker: collaborative, creative, and courageous enough to express a new point of view.
