Job Title: Product Manager - Security and Automation

Location: Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, and articulate product requirements and strategy to drive growth.
• Manage product roadmaps and partner with enabling teams to manage lifecycle including the introduction, optimization, and retirement of products and services.
• Provide product and delivery support to marketing, sales, operations and back-office teams.
• Analyze and present product outcomes and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive engagement and improve reliability of existing customers.
• Key performance indicators: Revenue/ COGS/margin, customer retention/churn, customer L2R (Likelihood to Recommend).
