  • Monitor the competitive and policy environment to identify emerging opportunities and risks, proactively recommending actions that strengthen Sanofi's leadership position in rare diseases
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), real-world data, and emerging technologies to generate actionable insights, enhance customer engagement, improve decision-making, and identify new opportunities to accelerate patient identification, access, and brand performance.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing (> 3 years), product management, or commercial roles, preferably in rare diseases, specialty care, biologics, or hospital products.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on execution mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex clinical, market, and business information and translate insights into impactful commercial actions.
  • Experience working effectively within a matrix organization and influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
