Reporting to the Marketing Group Manager and working closely with other product managers on the team, the Product Manager, Operational Marketing and Market Analysis will play a crucial role in managing and implementing operational marketing plans. Additionally, alongside the Marketing Group Manager responsible for market data, the Product Manager will conduct in‑depth market analyses to support our business strategies. The Product Manager will also collaborate with the Research and Development department to manage the production of batches intended for clinical studies.
Responsibilities
Product Management
- Prepare product launches and manage the product ranges for which the Product Manager will be responsible.
- Develop promotional/media plans to support the launch.
- Develop associated promotional materials (brochures, videos, promotional tools, etc.) and dedicated media campaigns.
- Collaborate with external partners to create tools, managing parameters such as deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Utilize R&D data in customer/user arguments.
- Assist product managers in implementing marketing actions (digital, social media, media placement, etc.).
- Present new commercial campaigns to field teams (training, animation) and create their sales/re‑sales tools (visit aids, commercial arguments, scientific rationale, product presentations, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of launches and promotional tools.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on specific health areas.
Market Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of market trends and behaviors (global or specific countries/geographical areas).
- Participate in conducting market studies or cross‑sectional analyses to facilitate prospecting and write reports and summaries to help understand market dynamics for internal and external clients.
- Conduct market intelligence, particularly for the North American market: analyze BtoC sales databases and consumer data, analyze products on the market and their composition.
- Support sales teams on ad‑hoc projects (e.g., preparing for meetings with clients to enrich a presentation with relevant market data).
Clinical Batch Management
- Participate in strategic thinking on the design of clinical studies conducted internally or in collaboration with external partners.
- Coordinate the launch of clinical batch production in collaboration with R&D, planning, quality, and production.
- Monitor and ensure the proper conduct of the study until the blind is lifted.
