Job Summary

As a Product Manager II at Enable, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, outlining feature prioritization, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding.
  • Lead cross‑functional product development teams, guiding the product from concept through design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Champion a user‑centered design approach, ensuring products are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user expectations.
  • Oversee testing processes to ensure product quality and functionality, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer support coordination.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach.

  • Experience with Agile and product management methodologies.
