What You Will Do

As part of the North American Delta Commercial team the Product Manager plays a key role in identifying market opportunities developing competitive product strategies and collaborating cross-functionally to bring differentiated high-quality solutions to market. This individual will work closely with Engineering Sales Marketing Supply Chain and Global Sourcing to deliver products that drive growth customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Product Manager is also responsible for the end-to-end business performance of their assigned product line or category including full ownership of P&L. This includes driving revenue growth managing product lifecycle optimizing pricing strategies and ensuring profitability targets are met.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate the product strategy and long-term vision for the assigned category / channel ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Own the product P&L. Deliver top-line revenue goals and bottom-line profitability targets managing levers such as pricing cost and mix.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategy including list prices promotions and channel pricing. Collaborate with finance and sales to optimize price realization and margin.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis competitor benchmarking and voice of customer research to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Build maintain and communicate the product roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on commercial impact customer value and strategic fit.
  • Manage the product from concept to end-of-life. Optimize the portfolio by identifying opportunities to grow improve or rationalize SKUs.
  • Lead product launches ensuring clear value propositions differentiated positioning and effective sales enablement collaborating with marketing sales and Project Management Office teams.
  • Deliver KPIs track performance vs. targets (revenue margin share etc.) and take action based on insights.
  • Act as the subject matter expert across marketing sales operations finance and manufacturing to align execution with product goals. Lead or influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Collaborate with other Business Units of the Company.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel internationally (including the US market) - requires up to 15% travel
Critical Experience & Competencies
  • 35 years of experience in product / category / marketing management preferably in building materials or consumer durables industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes from concept to launch.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker capable of making data-informed decisions.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functional areas.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
