Job summary

TMX is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy for CDS services. You will work with Commercial, Technology, and Operations to design, plan, deliver, and support innovative products that meet regulatory requirements and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include lifecycle management, prioritizing requirements, and developing product roadmaps while collaborating with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of Canadian capital markets and post-trade services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and maintenance.
• Gather and translate market and customer requirements into detailed specs.

The Product Manager is a key contributor to the development and execution of CDS's product strategy. This role focuses on managing specific products or product lines within the CDS services suite, ensuring they meet market needs, drive revenue growth, and enhance client satisfaction. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Commercial Team, Technology, and Operations, to design, plan, deliver, and support innovative and efficient products and solutions that align with CDS's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Support the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into detailed specifications.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Market Analysis and Customer Engagement: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Market Analysis and Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze external and internal stakeholder feedback to understand needs and pain points, and identify opportunities.

Salary Range: 140,000/year -150,000/year CAD
