  • Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine product backlogs
  • Build onboarding guides, training resources, and operational playbooks for internal and client use
  • Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align priorities with leadership
  • Own end‑to‑end product outcomes with accountability for quality, delivery, and user impact
Requirements:

  • Experience with 0→1 product launches and scaling AI or software products
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data patterns into product decisions and playbooks
  • Hands‑on proficiency with video tools, design software (e.g., Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity platforms (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)
  • Ability to prototype and communicate effectively with engineers and designers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take deep ownership
  • Excellent communication skills for executive updates, stakeholder alignment, and client‑facing content
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of £40,000–£65,000 per year
  • Remote‑first culture with the ability to work from anywhere
  • Performance‑based bonuses and high visibility within the organization
  • Paid time off and health insurance coverage
