About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building Behavox flagship products, driving business growth with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for developing robust, scalable building blocks to address a wide range of customer needs, while having the freedom to innovate, ideate, and continuously evolve our solutions.

What You\'ll Bring
- A genuine interest in Behavox and in building high-impact AI-driven products for customers
- 5+ years of product management experience with end-user facing products (completed at least 1 full product development lifecycle from defining requirements to delivery for internal stakeholders)
- Effective execution, problem solving, and strong ability to present to customers
- Strong communication and prioritization skills applied across engineering, design and data science teams
- Research and analysis skills applied in a mission-driven business context
- A degree in engineering or technology is preferred
What You\'ll Do
- Build new product features and refine existing features with a customer-centric mindset
- Understand user personas and translate insights into actionable product requirements and improvements
- Demonstrate user-centricity and an eye for design that drives new features and business growth
- Develop and own a product roadmap and lead customer-facing presentations
- Be responsible for backlog grooming and resolving product issues
- Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists and Customer Success Managers to define actionable solutions and ensure efficient product execution
