Job summary

Thomson Reuters Canada Ltd is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Growth to accelerate digital transactions across our multi-segment ecommerce landscape through growth strategies, experimentation, and optimization. You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Legal, Data & Analytics, and Commercial Engineering to ensure seamless execution and top-tier user experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a digital product manager responsible for the development and execution of digital strategies meant to grow and optimize digital effectiveness and enhance user experience
• Experience operating a B2B/B2C e-commerce channel or product with proven ability to drive bold business and customer outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, sales performance metrics, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in setting and tracking OKRs and other performance metrics
• Strong expertise in A/B testing and optimization methodologies
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Salesforce) is preferred

Compensation

The base compensation range varies across locations. For Ontario, Canada, the base compensation range for this role is $93,000 CAD - $143,000 CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
