Enverus is seeking a highly driven Product Manager to strengthen and extend our position as the authoritative system of record for Power Infrastructure data. You will own the data manufacturing process for foundational datasets across substations, transmission lines, and grid infrastructure.

Collaborate with engineering, customers, analysts, and adjacent teams to turn opportunities into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant product, data, analytical, energy, or technology experience.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete plans and shipped outcomes.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Energy, Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Power Infrastructure data including substations, transmission lines, and grid infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end data manufacturing process from source discovery to delivery.
• Partner with adjacent data and analytics teams to connect data into a coherent power system view.
• Develop understanding of data quality, coverage, lineage, and limitations of existing datasets.
• Identify new data sources from ISOs/RTOs, utilities, regulatory filings, public datasets, and others.
• Define business logic, enrichment rules, and derived attributes for trusted datasets.
• Determine how to reconcile conflicting sources into authoritative datasets.
• Translate customer workflows into clear data acquisition and quality priorities.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements and drive initiatives from discovery to production.
• Use AI and modern tools to accelerate data manufacturing processes.
• Transform pipelines toward automated, scalable workflows with repeatable logic and entity resolution.
• Establish measures for data accuracy, coverage, freshness, and reliability.
• Work with customers and analysts to understand usage and create differentiated value.
• Act as internal product expert for Power Infrastructure and communicate capabilities and priorities.

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to strengthen and extend Enverus' position as the authoritative system of record for Power Infrastructure data.

This role will own the data manufacturing process for foundational Power Infrastructure datasets across areas such as substations, transmission lines, points of interconnection, and related grid infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, market experts, customers, analysts, and adjacent product teams spanning foundational power data, forecasting and economics, and project siting to understand how infrastructure data is used, identify gaps in our current products, discover new sources, and turn those opportunities into measurable improvements.

This is an execution-oriented product role for someone who enjoys digging into ambiguous problems and taking them from discovery through delivery. We are looking for someone who will develop deep expertise in Power Infrastructure and become the clear product leader for this area within Enverus.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Enverus Power Infrastructure data, including substations, transmission lines, points of interconnection, and related grid infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end data manufacturing process for Power Infrastructure, from source discovery and ingestion through transformation, enrichment, validation, and delivery.
• Partner closely with adjacent foundational-data and analytics teams to ensure Power Infrastructure data connects into a coherent view of the power system and supports downstream forecasting, economics, and project-siting workflows.
• Develop a deep understanding of the quality, coverage, lineage, and limitations of existing infrastructure datasets.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new data sources from ISOs/RTOs, utilities, regulatory filings, public datasets, commercial sources, and other industry information.
• Define the business logic, enrichment rules, and key derived attributes required to turn raw source data into trusted, decision-ready datasets.
• Determine how disparate and sometimes conflicting sources should be reconciled and combined into authoritative datasets.
• Translate customer workflows and business needs into clear priorities for data acquisition, enrichment, automation, and quality improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and drive initiatives from discovery through production.
• Use AI and modern development tools to materially accelerate and improve the data manufacturing process, including source discovery, data extraction, transformation, enrichment, validation, and quality control.
• Transform the data manufacturing pipeline toward automated, scalable pipelines with repeatable business logic, entity resolution, and measurable validation.
• Establish clear measures for data accuracy, coverage, freshness, and reliability and use those measures to prioritize investment.
• Work directly with customers, internal analysts, commercial teams and subject‑matter experts to understand how Power Infrastructure data is used and where Enverus can create differentiated value.
• Act as the internal product expert for Power Infrastructure and clearly communicate current capabilities, gaps, priorities, and future direction.
• Consistently identify new opportunities and drive them forward without requiring detailed direction from leadership.

Skills that stand out

• Experience with North American power markets, utilities, transmission, grid infrastructure, geospatial data, or energy is preferred but not required.
• Technical fluency with SQL, Python, data tools or AI‑assisted analysis.
