Desjardins in Montreal seeks a senior Product Manager to shape the offer, define a compelling vision, and build mid- to long-term roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.

You will monitor competitors and market developments, lead the product direction for value-added services, manage risks and performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the team to senior management and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency of English due to the duties or work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

• Identify and improve the product offer based on member and client needs, business priorities and market developments, in the context of multidisciplinary projects of a strategic scope.
• Define an innovative and engaging target vision for the product line and create the mid- to long-term roadmap in line with the organization’s strategic priorities.
• Monitor the competition and market developments, target opportunities to develop the offer, anticipate business impacts and establish and implement strategies.
• Provide leadership in defining the product’s directions and represent the target client experience for the the value-added services offered by the product line.
• Monitor the product line's commercial results and financial performance to target opportunities and establish approaches to optimize the offer.
• Perform sound management of the operational, reputational and financial risks associated with the product offer and develop recommendations that could lead to a business position.
• Establish and develop frameworks to make sure that the product line complies with laws and regulations and make recommendations to the decision-making bodies.
• Represent the team's position to the decision-making bodies and senior management, partners or external organizations.
