Job summary

Soucy-Group is seeking a capable project leader to drive complex product development projects from initial customer requirements through to production launch. You will coordinate with OEM customers and internal teams to define objectives, scope, and specifications while managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

As part of the Track Systems team, you will mobilize cross-functional engineers and designers to ensure cohesive progress and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development projects from customer requirements definition through to production launch.
• Be accountable for technical results, costs, budgets, schedules, and key deliverables for the projects entrusted to you.
• Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers and ensure effective communication throughout the development process.
• Define project objectives, scope, product specifications, and load cases in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from various functions and business units across Soucy.
• Lead a team of engineers, design engineers, and designers to ensure proper coordination and progress of project activities.
• Oversee the design of new track systems and rubber tracks, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical solutions, and project objectives.
• Coordinate activities with purchasing, product validation, manufacturing engineering, production, and other involved functions.
