This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Canada / United States.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for enterprise-focused web applications, translating complex user needs into intuitive and impactful solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless, data-driven experiences that align with business goals while delighting users. This position offers the opportunity to shape the product vision, contribute to design systems, and influence strategic decisions in a fully remote, collaborative, and innovative environment. Your work will directly impact product adoption, usability, and overall customer satisfaction across B2B applications.

Accountabilities
  • Lead a user-centered design practice by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that improve product workflows and experiences.
  • Own the full design lifecycle, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and validation with real users.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of features.
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across products and touchpoints.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment between user experience, business value, and engineering resources.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design or similar roles, with a strong online portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-level applications such as CRMs, ERPs, or other complex business tools.
  • Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
  • Strong data-driven design skills, with the ability to leverage analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in user research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design rationale.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, experience in high-growth or startup environments, and agile development methodologies.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in Canada or the United States.
  • Competitive salary: Canada $80,000–$95,000 USD; US $90,000–$110,000 USD (depending on experience and location).
