Job summary

FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Product Designer with an engineering background to join the New Product Development Group and help design our new product portfolio from concept to launch. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, analysts and other departments to deliver design deliverables with guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of project or product development experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
• Experience with AutoCAD Inventor, AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Design equipment systems based on requirements.
• Create and maintain mechanical drawings and 3D models.
• Develop and maintain electrical drawings and BOMs for control panels.
• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs where required.
• Input BOMs into ERP and support field installation.
• Ensure compliance with FPS safety policies and procedures.
