Product Designer

Our Product Design and Management teams work tirelessly to understand what our customers need and make it a reality. They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.

As a Product Designer at Priceline, your focus is on creating user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with customer and business outcomes. You are accountable for understanding user needs, translating them into design solutions, and partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver products that delight customers while achieving measurable results. You balance creativity and usability with feasibility, ensuring that design decisions improve both the end‑user experience and product effectiveness.

In this role, you will get to:
User Research & Insights
  • Conduct user research like interviews and usability testing to uncover customer needs and pain points
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights in your designs
  • Advocate for the customer voice in product strategy and decision‑making
Experience & Interaction Design
  • Design user experiences and interfaces that are simple, consistent, and accessible
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups
Collaboration with Product & Engineering
  • Partner with Product Managers to define problems, outcomes, and priorities
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads to align on technical constraints and opportunities
  • Participate in reviews and demos to ensure designs are implemented to a high quality standard
Design Systems & Standards
  • Apply and evolve design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards to ensure consistency
  • Maintain and document design assets for reuse across teams
  • Champion best practices in accessibility, usability, and inclusive design
Continuous Improvement
  • Measure and analyze design impact through user feedback, analytics, and product KPIs
  • Iterate designs based on data and feedback to improve customer experience
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Who you are:
  • 3–5 years in product design, user experience, visual design
  • You are the advocate for the user, ensuring customer needs and experiences shape product direction and delivery
  • You bridge user insights (research, testing, behavior data) with product execution (requirements, technical feasibility), ensuring solutions are both desirable and practical
  • You are also a craft leader and collaborator, embedding design thinking into product development while raising the standard of usability, accessibility, and customer delight
  • Experienced in designing intuitive, user‑centered digital interfaces across web and mobile platforms
  • Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and design
  • Familiar with conducting and applying user research and usability testing insights to improve product design
  • Able to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teams
  • Strong advocate for accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust
  • Unquestionable integrity and ethics are essential
