Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a highly influential product analytics leader to turn ambiguous questions into sharp insights and scalable measurement. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth to raise the bar on decision quality and implement an AI-native analytics operating model.

You will drive the product insight agenda, design experiments, interpret trends, and create monitoring approaches that surface opportunities and risks for the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, BI, data science, or product analytics, with product- and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong SQL and data tooling skills across modern cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Python for analysis, automation, or experimentation support.

Responsibilities

• Own the product analytics agenda across usage, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with product, eng, and design to define success metrics and instrumentation.
• Build reusable analysis frameworks, semantic layers, and self-serve resources.
