Job summary

Caseware in Toronto is seeking a Product Analyst, Data Platform and Analytics to drive a metric-driven culture within our Product Organization. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, Commercial and Engineering teams to define success metrics and build analytical frameworks to inform decisions.

You will bring 3+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL and Python or R, and hands-on BI tooling with Power BI and Pendo.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics.
  • Strong background in data mining, quantitative analysis, and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language (Python or R) for data wrangling and analysis and working with APIs.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI (Microsoft Fabric).
  • Exposure to product analytics and feedback platforms such as Pendo.
  • Experience working with data platform or engineering teams to improve pipelines and data quality.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, with strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product and customer data from multiple sources to uncover trends in adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics such as NPS, ARR per user, active users, and firm engagement.
  • Build dashboards and scalable reporting that unify data across systems and make insights accessible to the organization.
  • Work with incomplete, inconsistent, and less structured data, applying creative problem-solving to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust.
  • Partner with Product Managers to validate hypotheses, measure feature performance, and guide prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, including revenue projections and growth modeling.
  • Support the Commercial team and Market Leaders with insights that inform go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and regional performance.
  • Act as a data advocate ensuring that insights drive decision-making across teams, even when data is fragmented or ambiguous.

Location: This is ahybridrole requiring the successful candidate to work3 days a week in our Toronto office, located at351 King St E, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON.

What you will be doing:

Salary Range:

The annual base salary for this position is between $108,000 CAD and $112,000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
