A leading Canadian media company in Vancouver seeks a Part-time News Producer who thrives under pressure. Responsibilities include producing news shows for broadcast and livestream channels. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a passion for local news and the ability to work flexible hours. We're looking for a Part‑time News Producer with a can‑do attitude! Someone can put a news show to air, who loves to chase news, and thrives under pressure and deadlines. A strong communicator and storyteller who embraces innovation and new technology. Various producing responsibilities will form a regular part of the work, including lining‑up newscasts, vetting news content, coordinating with CityNews teams across the country, and overseeing our 24/7 livestream channel. The position will require weekend and evening shifts.
