Producer & Operations Manager

About trends.ceo

trends.ceo helps companies build influential executives and iconic media. We’re defining a new category of corporate communications: Leadership Marketing. This year we presented on stage at ’s annual event as a best practice in executive video series.

In partnership with the client’s marketing and communications teams, we work with leaders to produce their unique positioning, fresh editorial plans and premium video series. We distribute their content across social media—building followers, influence and business opportunities.

Our clients include the Big Four consultancies, the Big Five banks, and other professional organizations.

About the Role

This role is the glue of the company.

You will be the founder’s right-hand operator — owning the systems, timelines, workflows, and production processes that keep the business operating with excellence.

You’ll work directly with executives, videographers, editors, and our internal team. You’ll see the impact of your work immediately. You’ll be trusted, valued, and relied upon.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management :
  • Plan and coordinate logistics, build call sheets, support the founder on-site at productions and interviews.
2. Project Management and Operations :
  • Own our PM environment, manage client pipelines, internal campaigns and productions, and oversee the tasks of our editorials and marketing coordinators.
3. Deliverable Coordination :
  • Create editor briefs, assign tasks, track deadlines, and manage Frame.io.
4. Editorial Briefs & Paper Edits :
  • Review interviews, pull strong soundbites, build simple paper edits.
5. Client Delivery :
  • Send recap emails, clarify timelines, support client check-ins.
6. Internal Ops & SOP Ownership :
  • Maintain SOPs, keep Google Drive organized, run weekly production meetings.
Who You Are
  • 3–6 years in production, operations, or project management.
  • Experience in an agency / client-service environment (strong asset).
  • Extremely organized and process-driven.
  • Strong understanding of production days.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Intermediate comfort using ChatGPT.
