• Keep the Produce Area Organized and Ready: keeps the produce department clean and ready for customers.
• Check Product Quality and Freshness: rotates products and removes expired items to ensure freshness.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing: ensures all produce is priced and signed correctly, following procedures for ordering, clearance, labels, and signage.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Standards: follows food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks and proper handling.
• Stock Merchandise and Set Displays: stocks and downstocks merchandise and sets modulars to keep the department stocked.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: follows health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do

• Keep the Produce Area Organized and Ready
  Keeps the produce department clean, organized, and neatly zoned so it is ready for customers at all times.
• Check Product Quality and Freshness
  Rotates products regularly and removes expired items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing
  Makes sure all produce is correctly priced and signed, following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Standards
  Follows food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks, thermometer use, proper food handling, and compliance with sell by and expiration dates.
• Stock Merchandise and Set Displays
  Stocks and downstocks merchandise as needed, applies product protection when required, and sets modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps, to keep the department fully stocked.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines
  Follows all Health and Safety policies to help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
  Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

Physical Demands

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
