Position Summary… Working as a Produce Stocker at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to build valuable skills in a fast‑paced retail environment. What you'll do

• Keep the Produce Area Organized and Ready – Keeps the produce department clean, organized, and neatly zoned so it is ready for customers at all times.
• Check Product Quality and Freshness – Rotates products regularly and removes expired items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing – Makes sure all produce is correctly priced and signed, following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Standards – Follows food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks, thermometer use, proper food handling, and compliance with sell by and expiration dates.
• Stock Merchandise and Set Displays – Stocks and downstocks merchandise as needed, applies product protection when required, and sets modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps, to keep the department fully stocked.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines – Follows all Health and Safety policies to help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

• Physical Demands – Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
