No Frills, part of Loblaw Companies, in Mississauga invites talented leaders to join our team to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, unionized environment. You will help shape store performance and the customer experience with hands-on leadership.

You will lead, coach and motivate colleagues, maintain merchandising standards, and be accountable for department sales and financial targets. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required in this unionized environment.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience.
• Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues.
• Previous management experience in retail or food services.
