Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a Produce Clerk to help customers find fresh produce and keep displays inviting. You’ll be part of a fast-paced retail team, learning the department quickly with full training provided.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, assisting cash register relief during peaks, maintaining clean shelves, and upholding safety and company standards. Evening and weekend shifts are encouraged.

• Stocking produce and related product to shelves such as (Frozen, perishable and non-perishables)

• Rotation of product
• Loading and unloading of product for the sales floor
• Backroom and inventory management
• Operating a cash register as needed for relief during peak business hours
• Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

That is why our Produce Clerks play such an important role in the success of our stores. Full training is provided for this position.
