Job summary

Your Independent Grocer, part of Loblaw, is hiring individuals to provide excellent customer service and keep shelves stocked. No previous experience is required and training is provided. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is needed, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.

You will assist with stocking, merchandising, promotions, and ensuring safety standards across departments, contributing to a positive in-store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours (days, evenings, weekends).
• Able to move up to 50 lbs; constant mobility during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
