We’re seeking aProcurement Specialistto play a pivotal role in aligning production priorities with procurement operations. This position ensures that urgent production requirements are seamlessly integrated into the day-to-day workflow of the procurement team, keeping communication clear, timelines on track, and stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.

  • Enforce supplier warranties for part replacements and repairs.
  • Support new product introduction initiatives.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance supply chain processes.
