Responsibilities
  • Manage, review, and assist in developing bid packages and facilitating RFP activities
  • Oversee vendor accreditation, onboarding, and overall vendor administration
  • Prepare and facilitate contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms
  • Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools for vendor contracting and compliance
  • Monitor vendor performance trends and ensure adherence to service agreements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management/Indirect Procurement or equivalent
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven relationship management skills and effective communication with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Strategic Sourcing processes and e-tools such as Vendor Administration and contract management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
