This role supports the Windows Department and is responsible for procurement, vendor coordination, inventory management, and logistics. Qualifications

• High School Diploma at a minimum, University degree or college diploma an asset.
• At least 3 years experience in an office environment of Distribution / Logistics business.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Strong active listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders, verify pricing and invoices, and communicate with vendors.
• Support branches in managing inventory levels and expedite orders.
• Make timely decisions to manage freight and dispatch trucks.
• Facilitate communication between purchasing departments and assist with finance reports.
• Maintain cost templates and provide delivery information.
• Investigate and resolve product-related issues.
