Responsibilities

• Issue electronic purchase orders in Harmony per DOA to vendors.
• Maintain vendor records and track PO status weekly.
• Coordinate equipment rental tracking and shipping dates.
• Assist sites with requisitions and supplier coordination.
• Support invoice processing and payment timing.
