Job summary

Sobeys Inc. in Canada is seeking a data-driven professional to support finance and replenishment across banners. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate replenishment, and explain OTIF and VMI policies to suppliers.

You will send monthly scorecards, assist with supplier reviews, and help allocate products to banners and customers. The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree, can interpret data, communicates well, and is proficient in MS Office.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

Financial

• Deliver against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Coordinate supply chain processes (replenishment)

• Explain OTIF and VMI policies to different suppliers.
• Send monthly OTIF and VMI scorecards to suppliers.
• Manage supplier claims in collaboration with the replenishment and finance teams.
• Reply to emails in the generic inboxes of the Process Optimization team.
• Support the allocation team to facilitate the distribution of products to the various banners and customers.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews of major suppliers for the replenishment team.

Personal Development

• Engages and maintains interest in personal growth and or career development.

What You Have To Offer
