Job description

TRS is looking for a technically capable and detail‑driven Procurement Analyst to join our client’s team for a 12‑month assignment.

The Procurement Analyst plays a key role in managing all Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes that support operational, technical, and project needs. This position also oversees contingent workforce engagements from initial request through to completion and close‑out.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all procurement steps, from receiving requisitions to sourcing, issuing purchase orders (POs), and completing final reconciliations and close‑outs.
  • Enter and maintain P2P data in Oracle to support procurement requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requisition details are complete for PO issuance.
  • Manage resource requests, awards, and documentation for consultants and staffing firms.
  • Work with vendors, procurement leadership, and legal teams to finalize contract terms that mitigate risk and align with corporate objectives.
  • Update standard language as needed.
  • Provide updates, expedite orders when necessary, monitor vendor performance, and contribute to vendor scorecards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
  • Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) preferred.
  • High school diploma required; college diploma or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with Oracle systems.
