Qualifications

  • 2 years of personal lines experience and familiarity with EPIC Broker Management System preferred.
  • Level 1 or 2 Alberta General Insurance License is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and during busy times.

Job description

As a Processor / Administrative Assistant, you’ll start on the front end—supporting clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role has great potential to advance into an insurance career as your skills and experience grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-end reception support: answer calls, take payments, and assist walk-in clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products and services across multiple insurance companies.
  • Manage client files including endorsements, cancellations, policy reviews, quotes, and data entry.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure company workflows are followed efficiently and accurately.
  • Support management with various administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
  • Level 1 or 2 Alberta General Insurance License is an asset but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of personal lines experience and familiarity with EPIC Broker Management System preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer service–oriented approach.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and during busy times.
