What You’ll Do (Job Overview)

As a Processing Associate at Vital Farms, you will work within our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and production facility to wash, sort, and pack our pasture‑raised eggs from our family farms. This role at Egg Central Station (ECS) is critical in bridging the gap from local family farms to grocery stores for our consumers. You’ll be on your feet during each twelve‑hour shift, moving, lifting, loading, and working in an air‑conditioned, sunlight‑filled warehouse.

  • 2‑2‑3 Schedule
  • Night Shift: $3.00 Differential
A Day as a Processing Associate at Egg Central Station
  • Operate machines and robots to load, sort, and pack our pasture‑raised eggs.
