Job summary

Agrisan is seeking a Process Operator for the Arthur, Ontario site. You will join a hands-on manufacturing team producing specialty chemical and pharmaceutical products, with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role emphasizes safe operation of process equipment, packaging, and strict quality controls.

You’ll contribute to producing finished goods, support documentation, and collaborate with Quality to ensure product integrity in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent aligned with hands-on manufacturing.
• Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting up to 50 lb) safely.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate/process equipment confidently.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset in a GMP environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is an asset, not required.

Responsibilities

• Make batches according to written instructions and monitor process parameters.
• Operate process equipment (scales, pumps, fillers, labelers).
• Fill, label, package, and palletize finished products.
• Set up equipment and stage materials for production runs.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report issues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with Quality for sampling and adjustments.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Shift & Work Environment

• Day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime available
• Work in an industrial manufacturing environment (noise, PPE required, chemical handling)

About the Role

You’ll be part of a hands-on manufacturing team producing specialty chemical and pharmaceutical products. This is an active role involving equipment operation, packaging, and maintaining high quality and safety standards. If you prefer steady, physical work and being part of a team where your contribution directly impacts production, this role is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities
