Qualifications

  • 5+ years of process engineering manufacturing experience in automotive or aerospace metal components.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis for process non-conformances.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
