Job description
Primary Duties
  • Provides consultation, analysis, evaluation and review of problems regarding methods and equipment, material handling, layout and material flow.
  • Provides alternative solutions to anticipated or actual technical related manufacturing problems.
  • Provides specification for new equipment.
  • Generates time studies, charts and reports.
  • Evaluates and implements projects that reduce cost, increase value and/or improve quality.
  • Works with health and safety to design process safeguards and improve team member safety.
  • Responsible for training on the process changes.
  • Provides assistance in trouble shooting equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production.

Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its Values and Principles and Minimum Controls.

Support all new model launch, PFMEA, Control Plan, and TS requirements.

Qualifications Required
