Responsibilities

  • Own and improve manufacturing processes for cutting-edge MEMS products.
  • Develop and optimize processes to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Build and maintain production databases for smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and integrate processes with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.
  • Apply computer vision techniques during early development phases.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and accurate documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve process issues and non-conformance events.
  • Qualify new equipment and support process transfers to manufacturing.

Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of computer vision methods and software like OpenCV
Understanding of optics and camera systems
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot hardware
Familiarity with Python
Familiarity with LabVIEW
