Responsibilities

• Leads a team Private Banking Associates
• Managing and overseeing OneTD partnership
• Helps to craft the vision for a cohesive team approach
• Responsible for delivering a consistent legendary PB experience
• Ensure all NEW clients receive a complete on-boarding experience
• Conduct rediscovery meetings with EXISTING clients
• Participate in resolving significant customer relationship issues
• Lead by example in delivering an exceptional client experience
• Recruit, develop and retain a best‑in‑class team
• Understand PB regulations in a virtual environment
• Analyze recorded calls for bankers
• Lead and facilitate sales meetings for Private Bankers
• Provide weekly value-added coaching to Private Bankers
• Establish and build OneTD relationships
• Achieve sales targets consistent with organizational objectives
