Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management for assigned clients to meet or exceed expectations in accordance with contracts.
  • Complete annual client portfolio management reviews including Know Your Client (KYC) documentation.
  • Engage with clients to establish investment objectives, asset allocation guidelines, and investment policy statements for individuals.
  • Develop asset allocation models and transition plans to migrate legacy holdings to model allocations.
  • Serve as liaison, team leader, and advocate to ensure financial plans are implemented per standards and goals.
  • Oversee ongoing relationship procedures including annual or semi-financial planning reviews for clients.
  • Coordinate tax and investment processes with clients' tax professionals and internal/external investment professionals.
  • Coordinate with Client Relationship Specialist on onboarding and administration of investment paperwork.
  • Contribute to company communications including client-friendly investment writing.

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Client relationship management responsibility for assigned clients to meet or exceed the clients' expectations in accordance with each client's contract and all promises and expectations set for the relationship, on behalf of both the clients and the Company.
  • Complete annual (at minimum) client portfolio management reviews which include the completion of Know Your Client (KYC) compliance documentation.
  • Engaging with clients to establish investment objectives, portfolio asset allocation guidelines, and investment policy statements for individual clients.
  • Asset allocation modeling and developing transition plans to migrate existing legacy holdings of new clients to model allocations.
  • Serve as the clients' liaison, team leader, and advocate within the organization and with outside providers to ensure that the clients' financial plans are implemented in accordance with the company’s client relationship standards, each plan's recommendations, and remain on track throughout all relationship phases with an emphasis on helping achieve the clients' goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the ongoing relationship procedures which include annual or semi-financial planning annual reviews for assigned clients and prepare review modules (annual or periodic plan reviews of individual pieces of the financial plan).
  • Coordination of the tax and investment processes with the clients’ tax professionals, both internal and external, and the investment professionals, both internal and external, in accordance with the client contract and the Company’s relationship standard.
  • Seek to coordinate and follow the company’s financial planning standards and expectations for the clients when providing financial planning advice.
  • Coordination with a Client Relationship Specialist on the onboarding of clients and in the administration of the clients’ investment paperwork.
  • Community outreach, including contributing to overall company communications such as blog posts or client-friendly investment writing for distribution.

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $130,000-150,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.
