Job summary

TD Private Trust, part of TD Wealth Private Wealth Management, seeks a Private Client Services Associate– Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) to provide support in trust administration and assist the team in delivering a legendary client experience while managing trust accounts for Indigenous clients. The successful candidate will work alongside Trust Officers in the ITS team on complex accounts.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Working towards or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Familiarity with Trust Services/Private Wealth is an asset.
  • Strong communications skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support a designated relationship manager in meeting service commitments to Private Trust ITS clients through personable communication and correspondence.
  • Maintain client profiles and account-specific documents, and client contact routines for all clients and in support of relationship managers.
  • Ensure accurate, organized and efficient service to external clients and internal colleagues in line with TD's high standards and guiding principles.
  • Efficiently handle and promptly respond to all incoming calls, questions and requests and direct to the appropriate person or area.
  • Support the Private Trust ITS business by keeping current on trends, tools and techniques, and continually improving professional knowledge.
  • Work autonomously and provide specialized skills in a moderate to high complexity environment; cross-functional collaboration may be involved.

We are seeking aPrivate Client Services Associate– Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) who willprovide supportin trust administration,assistingthe team indelivering a legendary client experience while managing trust accounts for Indigenous clients. The successful candidate will work alongsideTrust Officers in theIndigenous Trust Services team on complex accounts and contribute to a fast-growing and rewarding environment.

As PrivateTrust Client Service Associate , you will provide consistent administrative,analyticaland service support to ourITSTrust Officers and Private Trust Manager. Just as importantly, you will serve as a secondary contact for the clients of these relationship managers.

In addition, you will:

JobRequirements :
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Working towards or completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Working towardsorfulfillment of TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) is an asset
