ThePrivate Trust PCSA provides administrative support to Trust Officer(s) in meeting service commitments to Private Trust clients while delivering a level of service to internal and external partners that reflects TD BFG standards and guiding principles. The strength of the administrative support delivered by the PCSA is key to the financial and operational excellence that is TD Private Trust.

Accountabilities
Service / Support / Administration
  • Provide Exceptional client service and timely administration based on client requests / commitments and / or fiduciary responsibilities
  • Effectively execute / manage expectations for requests from internal partners and clients
  • Assist ensuring fees / revenue is collected on a timely basis
Compliance / Risk Management
  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Assist in ensuring accounts / files are properly documented
  • Perform quarterly risk review of accounts / files
  • Limit deficiency reports and address in an intimate manner
Team Support & Development
  • Participate in department projects and initiatives
  • Share knowledge and best practices – assist others as necessary - act as a resource.
  • Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
  • Attend internal or external courses
  • Seek opportunities to increase level of knowledge and experience
Skills and Education Requirements
