As a strategic consultant, you will advise on local tax affairs and assist clients with reviewing personal trust, corporate income tax returns, and other tax reporting forms.
Our Private teams help entrepreneurs, private business owners, and family companies manage financial and tax obligations across every stage of growth in today’s dynamic global landscape.
As a Private Tax Senior Manager you will solve business problems, deliver high‑quality client service, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Hold a Canadian CPA (or CA / other relevant designation) or a Master’s in Tax and have completed Levels IIII of the CPA In‑Depth Tax Course (asset).
Demonstrate expertise in corporate tax, preferably focused on private corporations, and turn complex rules into clear actionable strategies.
Manage, develop, retain, and mentor junior tax professionals while building high‑trust, high‑performance teams.
Experience in public accounting is an asset, including understanding engagement cadence, client dynamics, and service elevation.
Thrive under pressure by prioritizing, juggling multiple assignments, and staying organized without sacrificing quality.
Show an entrepreneurial and tech‑curious mindset committed to upskilling for a digital world and openness to new tools and ways of working.
Apply exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills to deliver clarity and impact in conversations, writing, and presentations.
