Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in event coordination and booking.
• Proven ability to build sales and meet quotas through networking and promotion.
• Attention to detail and integrity to elevate guest experience.
• Highly organized, accountable and able to prioritize.
• Professional written and spoken communication and brand representation.
• Role includes serving and shift managing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate private events from inquiry to booking and execution.
• Develop sales opportunities to book events and meet quotas.
• Cold call potential clients and network to grow business.
• Provide on-site event support and oversee serving and shift management as needed.
