The Opportunity
The Private Client Account Executive is responsible for driving new business development and revenue growth within our Personal Lines division. This role is accountable for writing new business in the Private Client space, developing tailored insurance and risk management strategies, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the entire insurance lifecycle.
The Account Executive builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, internal partners, and insurer markets, and actively contributes to business development, portfolio growth, and client retention. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role requiring discretion, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Salary Expectations
The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000, plus commission, and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
