ESO is seeking a Privacy Compliance Manager to lead privacy governance across the organization, reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer. You will draft and manage data protection agreements, develop employee privacy policies, and ensure company-wide adherence to GDPR, US privacy rules, and evolving regulations.
You’ll partner with security, product, and engineering teams on PIAs and DPIAs to safeguard personal data.
ESO is a fast-paced, growing data, technology and research company passionate about improving community health and safety through the power of data. We pioneer innovative, user-friendly software to meet the changing needs of today’s EMS agencies, fire departments, and hospitals. We’re small enough to be nimble and fun, but big enough to be a great place to work. We serve thousands of customers out of our offices across the US, Canada and Northern Ireland.
As the Privacy Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping ESO’s privacy policy and ensuring ESO’s adherence to privacy regulations. Collaborating closely with all departments, especially with the security team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining data protection agreements and employee privacy policies. This role is not just about compliance—it's about safeguarding personal data so we can uphold our commitment to improving community health and safety through the power of data.
Reporting directly to the Chief Privacy Officer, you'll have the opportunity to influence company-wide policies and make strategic recommendations that will keep us ahead in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape. If you're passionate about privacy and ready to take on a role with real impact, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
